Autism Care Partners (ACP) is seeking a full-time BCBA to manage a small caseload, develop and renew treatment plans, and conduct behavioral assessments. You will supervise staff, oversee data collection, and ensure fidelity of intervention plans across a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required or equivalent.
• BCBA certification/licensure required where applicable.
• Supervise staff experience indicated as Yes.

Aufgaben

• Manage caseload of up to 10 clients.
• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for each insurance period.
• Conduct initial and renewal skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Create and implement FBAs and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on treatment goals.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of programs.
• Oversee data collection by direct staff.
• Attend weekly team meetings and provide parent training and support.
