Job summary

Autism Care Partners (ACP) is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our team in delivering comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis and related services. The role offers remote work for up to one day per week and a supportive, interdisciplinary environment with strong clinical supervision.

The BCBA will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, develop and renew treatment plans, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), perform FBAs, supervise RBTs, ensure fidelity, and train parents.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• BCBA certification required
• LBA/LABA license in required states

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of up to 10 clients
• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals
• Conduct initial/renewal skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
• Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans
• Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on goals
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program
• Oversee data collection by direct staff
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Provide parent training and support
