Autism Care Partners seeks a full-time BCBA to manage a small caseload and develop treatment plans. You will conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments, FBAs, and behavior support plans while supervising RBTs and training families. This role emphasizes collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

The position offers a remote work option one day per week, competitive benefits, and professional development support. Master’s degree and BCBA/LBA licensure required.

Formación

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification.
• Licenses: BCBA and LBA/LABA where required by state law.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating inter-disciplinary care.

Responsabilidades

• Manage caseload of no more than 10 clients.
• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for insurance authorization.
• Conduct initial and renewal skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on treatment goals.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• Ensure fidelity of treatment programs and data collection.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Provide parent training and support.
