Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to evaluate, create, and implement ABA therapy plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and staff. The role includes supervision duties and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral and skill acquisition needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
• Familiarity with BACB experience standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation to determine appropriate programming, frequency and therapy plan.
• Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan with long- and short-range goals and progress evaluations.
• Prepare required reports for insurance requests and communicate with parents/guardians.
• Arrange parent meetings to train and communicate with families.
• Maintain supervision requirements per week for each client.
• Provide direct therapy hours and maintain documentation of clinical notes.
