Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote role serving clients in Georgia. The clinician will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

Potential future transition to a hybrid model. The position requires active BCBA certification, Georgia licensure eligibility, and a Master’s degree in a related field, with remote work currently offered and multiple avenues for

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
