Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a remote role serving clients across Georgia. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure fidelity to ABA practices while meeting Georgia state regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, current BCBA certification, and 1–2 years of BCBA experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification current and in good standing.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience with children and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & treatment planning using FBA and skill assessments.
• Oversee implementation of ABA programs by RBTs and staff.
• supervise progress with data analysis and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and training to families/caregivers.
• Collaborate with other professionals and maintain open family communication.
• Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
