Job summary

BK Behavior is a fully remote ABA services provider serving families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to support meaningful progress for children and families.

The role offers flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseloads, and collaboration with caregivers to tailor interventions. Ongoing CEUs, supervision, and resource support help you grow professionally while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
