Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and no caseload minimum.

We support ongoing CEUs, clinical guidance, and internal training, with a strong focus on professional growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
