Job summary

BK Behavior is expanding its remote ABA practice across the United States, inviting Certified BCBAs to join a flexible, fully remote team. You’ll set your schedule, work with clients nationwide, and receive strong clinical and administrative support.

The role includes comprehensive onboarding, ongoing CEUs, and mentoring from senior clinicians, plus opportunities for professional growth and leadership within a collaborative network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services meet standards.
