Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The role offers a fully remote schedule with flexible hours, no caseload minimums, and opportunities for professional growth and licensure support across states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
