Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and ongoing CEU support, with licensure reimbursement and a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to help ensure

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience providing ABA services across multiple states is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and care teams required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical practice.
