Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across the United States. The position offers flexibility with scheduling and no caseload minimum, while ongoing CEUs and clinical support are provided.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress in a fully remote setup with potential future hybrid considerations.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
