Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a BCBA for remote/hybrid clinical work serving children and adults. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA programming across diverse settings, with emphasis on data-driven progress and collaborative care planning.

Responsibilities include ongoing assessments, Behavior Intervention Plan implementation, coordination with families and teams, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming.
• Available to work until 8:00pm PST.
• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or learning/development psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing assessments to meet patient needs.
• Communicates progress with supervisors, staff, families and guardians.
• Provides a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits and observations.
• Coordinates home, work and community-based visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensures the Behavior Intervention Plan is implemented effectively.
• Participates in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and related meetings.
• Completes monthly and/or quarterly progress notes.
• Organizes training to certify staff in BI Plan implementation.
• Conducts follow-up interviews, home visits and observations for ongoing support.
• Maintains strong clinical records for accessibility.
• Acts as liaison with public and mental health communities.
• Assists in creating procedures for training materials.
• Completes continued education on behaviorally based interventions.
