Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services for children and families across Georgia. This fully remote position may shift to hybrid later, with advance notice. You will assess behavior, plan treatment, supervise staff, and coach caregivers across state lines.

The role offers compensation up to $93/hour, negotiable by experience, with no minimum caseload, licensure expansion support, and ongoing professional development resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willingness to obtain is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
