BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. The role is currently fully remote with potential future hybrid options, and compensation includes up to $93/hour with negotiable rates.

The position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimums, and state licensure support as part of the expansion program. You will join a clinician-focused network with ongoing professional development and peer support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active Georgia BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain licensure is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and families preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans according to client needs.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
