Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote team serving clients across Georgia. This flexible, mission-driven role offers autonomy, support, and meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and document in line with BACB and Georgia requirements; part-time BCBAs are expected to bill at least 10 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years BCBA experience preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Strong ABA knowledge and client communication skills.
• Caring, professional BCBA dedicated to family outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train families, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and educators.
• Complete documentation per BACB and Georgia requirements.
