Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our remote, flexible team delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families across Georgia and nearby areas.

The BCBA will conduct FBA and skill assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with SLP, OT, and educators. This fully remote role offers autonomy with strong support and professional growth opportunities, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
1–2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
Must reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the state line).

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments as a BCBA.
Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
Train families, caregivers, and staff.
Collaborate with other professionals (SLP, OT, educators).
Complete all documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements.
