Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role is currently fully remote, with a possible future hybrid model and advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress while maintaining compliant documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• GA licensure eligibility or holding licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to technicians
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical practice
