Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Lincoln, NE seeks a BCBA to lead individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy for our learners.

Responsibilities include intake evaluations, designing behavior plans, supervising ABA technicians, and guiding families with clear assessments and recommendations. We offer realistic caseloads, no nights or weekends, flexible schedules, including work-from-home days, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• 2–3 years ABA experience.
• Ability to supervise RBTs.
• Strong communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
