Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized programming focused on communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will design and supervise behavior support and skill-building plans, collaborating with families to ensure understanding of assessment results and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential and state licensure eligibility.
• Experience supervising RBTs or ABA technicians.
• Strong focus on ethical, trauma-informed care and neuroaffirming practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments.
• Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans.
• Supervise ABA technicians and monitor progress of plans.
