Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will work in a neuroaffirming, assent-based environment focused on trauma-informed, ethical care and career growth.

We offer mentorship, ongoing training, and covered continuing education costs, with realistic caseloads and schedules including work-from-home days.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years ABA experience with diverse ages.
• Strong expressive and receptive communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and functional behavior assessments.
• Design positive behavior and skill acquisition plans.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress.
• Support families to understand assessments and recommendations.
