Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience with a variety of ages.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional assessments and skills assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress of behavior support plans.
• Provide family-focused communication about assessment results and recommendations.
