Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis (ABA) required.
• Active BCBA credential and state licensure or eligibility.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and support staff.
• Excellent communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment plans and skill acquisition goals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress of plans.
• Provide family-focused counseling to explain assessments and recommendations.
