Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• State licensure or eligibility.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
