Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote position in New York. You will conduct ABA assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and strong ethical practice. The company provides ongoing support through a BCBA Success Manager and an expansion program for licensure across states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
