Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in New York is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote position. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with families to achieve meaningful progress.

This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseload, no non-compete agreements, and ongoing support through a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to ensure clinical and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
