Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hybrid ABA services for children and families across New York, with remote work options. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress, in a fully remote role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
