Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a licensed BCBA for a fully remote role based in New York. You will conduct assessments, design and supervise ABA treatment plans, and support families to achieve meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams, ongoing documentation, and adherence to ethical standards while offering flexible scheduling and no caseload limits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
