Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across New York. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes ethical clinical practice, ongoing supervision, and coordination with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve measurable outcomes in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
