Job summary

The Abacus Team, a BCBA-owned ABA company, is seeking fully remote BCBAs to join our clinical team in New Jersey. We provide in-home ABA therapy and are looking for compassionate, reliable clinicians who enjoy working closely with children, families, and RBTs.

Bilingual English/Spanish BCBAs are especially encouraged to apply. You will conduct initial and ongoing ABA assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Active New Jersey LBA license required.
• New York LBA licensure is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Reliable and organized.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing ABA assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Review client data and make treatment modifications as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Complete reassessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families and other care team members.
• Provide ongoing clinical guidance and support to assigned cases.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow BACB ethics, HIPAA, and payer guidelines.
