Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our center-based team in New Jersey. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized ABA programs, and supervise RBTs and BTs to support children with autism and their families.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing family training. We offer a strong compensation package, relocation support for out-of-state bilingual BCBAs, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training and NJ licensure as a Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and FBAs to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement ABA-based treatment programs and modify as needed.
