Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services across clinic, home, school, and community settings in New Jersey. You will assess, design, implement, supervise, and evaluate intervention plans in alignment with BACB standards and payer requirements.

You will provide supervision to BTs/RBTs, train caregivers, analyze data, modify treatment, and ensure timely documentation while maintaining ethical practice and collaboration with interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field and BCBA certification.
