Job summary

ABA.CO, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services. You will conduct assessments, create individualized plans, and provide direct therapy while supervising BTs/RBTs.

Work is remote with a Roswell, NM location; competitive hourly pay and benefits support clinician well-being. A background check is required, with ongoing training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA Certification.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass a background check and lift up to 50 lbs / kneel / sit on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health.
