ABA.CO, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join remotely or in Roswell, NM, as a full-time BCBA. The role includes assessments, intervention planning, one-on-one therapy, and family support.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation, and stay current with research. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $65 to $75 with benefits.

Competenze

• Requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Active CPR certification is required (provided training if needed).
• Must pass a background check as required by funding sources.
• Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs).
