Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Colorado residency is required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy across settings with evidence-based practices.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
