Job summary

Reliatus Behavioral Health seeks a BCBA Assistant Clinical Director to lead clinical integrity and program operations in Mesa, AZ. You will mentor BCBAs and RBTs, ensure adherence to BACB guidelines, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to drive high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or immediate eligibility.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of post-certification BCBA experience with 1–2 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical assessment, and team mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services per BACB guidelines.
• Oversee development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct regular fidelity checks and program evaluations to maintain clinical excellence.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and management of clinical staff; foster collaboration.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Conduct supervision meetings, case reviews, and clinical audits.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and clinical innovation.
• Support operational efficiency, scheduling alignment, and client retention.
• Build relationships with clients and families; ensure empathetic care.
• Address concerns; ensure compliant clinical documentation.
