Job summary

Reliatus Behavioral Health in Gilbert, AZ seeks an experienced BCBA to step into an executive leadership role as Clinical and Business Operations Director. This dual role blends clinical excellence with administrative, financial, and facility operations to maximize center performance.

Reporting to the VP of Clinical Services, you will mentor BCBAs and RBTs, oversee insurance billing and credentialing, and drive QA, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Gilbert center.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA credential in good standing with BACB.
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure in good standing.
• 3–5 years of active clinical BCBA experience.
• 2–4 years in operational leadership within ABA setting.
• Experience managing center P&L, budgeting, and billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage center-level P&L and financial targets.
• Design onboarding and mentorship programs for BCBAs.
• Oversee daily Gilbert center operations and workflows.
• Coordinate insurance billing, credentialing, and RCM alignment.
• Establish QA protocols and ensure BACB compliance.
• Lead and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and admin staff.
