Job summary

Reliatus Behavioral Health in Gilbert, AZ seeks a visionary Clinical Director to lead the Gilbert center’s clinical operations, mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and maintain a small 3-4 client caseload focused on quality and clinician well-being.

The role combines executive leadership with hands-on practice, ensures BACB compliance, oversees treatment plans and data reviews, collaborates with corporate leadership, and drives center strategy while prioritizing staff development and client progress.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of clinical ABA experience with supervisory/leadership in a center-based setting.
• Strong analytical, clinical assessment, change management, and executive leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management, clinical oversight, and ongoing mentorship to the center's team of BCBAs, student analysts, and RBTs.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development of clinic staff in partnership with operational leadership.
• Guarantee client ABA treatment plans and programs are implemented with high fidelity through regular observations, data reviews, and staff coaching.
• Lead clinical team meetings, case reviews, and cross-discipline collaboration efforts.
• Maintain a small, high-quality caseload of 3-4 clients and conduct FBAs and skills assessments.
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized BIPs based on assessment data.
