Job summary

Trina Storage North America, the U.S. storage division of Trina Solar, seeks a Project Manager / Project Engineer to oversee utility-scale battery energy storage projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage schedules, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders.

This remote role favors East Coast hours and may require global coordination with our China HQ. Ideal candidates have a technical degree and 3–5 years in project coordination or PM/engineering support; willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; practical experience considered.
• 3–5 years in project coordination, PM, or engineering support.
• Experience with energy storage or EPC projects is a plus.
• English communication skills required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans for BESS projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Sales, Services to align execution with objectives.
• Identify risks and obstacles impacting timelines or budget.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage third-party engineering or service contracts.
• Support engineering activities with senior engineers and Project Director.
