The Commercial Operations Manager will drive the commercial success of our utility-scale solar and BESS projects. This person will lead commercial strategy for North America Energy Storage Solutions business, align the strategy with headquarter policy and backend teams.
This person will also manage all document control processes for commercial contracts, ensure documents are accurate, provide advice regarding contract negotiations, and support sales and engineering teams in managing customer contract expectations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of legal terminology and have previous experience managing commercial contracts and teams.
This position reports to the Sales Director, or another senior management personnel that the Vice President of the Company may designate.
This is a remote position. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm Local Time. Regular evening or early morning (outside normal working hours) may be required, for example to coordinate with our global headquarters based in China, or as other business circumstances dictate.
