Job summary

TruGrid is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead design and project execution for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems and solar PV projects across North America. You will be responsible for managing engineering scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, minimum 5 years of experience in power generation EPC projects, and demonstrated success in managing engineering deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering or project management experience in power generation or EPC.
• 4+ years of utility-scale BESS or solar PV project experience.
• Leadership experience managing engineering deliverables and third-party design firms.

• Own engineering scope, schedule, budget, and quality across projects.
• Manage third-party design firms and lead design reviews.
• Serve as primary technical contact for various stakeholders.
