Johnson Controls in Glendale, WI is seeking a remote operations technician to monitor and troubleshoot BAS and HVAC systems across multiple accounts. The role combines diagnostic work, system adjustments, and reporting, with a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will work a hybrid schedule, onsite three days a week with some remote work after probation; requires a two-year technical degree and 3+ years of remote diagnostics experience.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Building Automation Systems, Controls, or related discipline and 3+ years' remote diagnostics experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of BAS/HVAC systems.
• Proven customer service orientation and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoots HVAC and building automation alarms from a remote monitoring center.
• Extends remote diagnostics and system manipulations to support SLAs and contracts.
• Creates reports, maintains logs, and escalates issues per protocol.
• Collaborates with dispatch teams and site personnel to resolve problems.
