Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC/BAS Monitoring and Support Technician in Glendale, WI. The role involves remotely monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting BAS and HVAC systems, supporting a 24/7 operation, and escalating issues per protocol.

You will work with Metasys and Verasys, participate in shift rotations, and ensure timely customer communication. A two-year technical degree and strong customer service focus are required.

Qualificações

• Two-year technical degree in Building Automation Systems, Controls, or related discipline.
• Experience with remote diagnostics of HVAC and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoots mechanical and BAS alarms from a remote monitoring center.
• Follows protocols to escalate alarm events to dispatch.
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction during interactions with customers.
• Opens and closes service tickets and documents events.
• Supports and maintains BAS systems across customer accounts.
