Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Remote Bankruptcy Supervisor to lead the Payment History Ledger Team in a fast-paced firm that serves financial institutions and lenders. The role emphasizes supervision, accuracy, and compliance with court and investor requirements.

The ideal candidate will manage workload, coach staff, and resolve complex payment history issues while ensuring timely, quality deliverables in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in bankruptcy or mortgage servicing
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan payment histories and escrow accounting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related mortgage systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Payment History Ledger Team, including workload and quality
• Oversee preparation and maintenance of payment histories for bankruptcy matters
• Coach and provide performance feedback to drive development
• Review ledgers for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and staff to resolve issues
• Ensure timely delivery within service level agreements and court deadlines
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures to improve accuracy
• Identify workflow challenges and implement improvements
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Prepare operational reports and productivity metrics
• Stay informed on bankruptcy procedures and regulations affecting documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
