Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Remote Bankruptcy Supervisor to lead the Notice of Final Cure (NOFC) Team. You will supervise daily operations, manage workflow, ensure timely and accurate Responses, and maintain compliance with firm and court requirements while supporting clients and mortgage servicers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in bankruptcy servicing, mortgage servicing, default servicing, or related legal operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Responses to Notice of Final Cure requirements preferred.
• Experience reviewing attorney fees, costs, and bankruptcy-related documentation with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees while managing performance and accountability.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and bankruptcy/mortgage servicing systems preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the NOFC Team, ensuring timely preparation, review, and filing of required Responses.
• Manage workflow distribution, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
• Ensure Responses are accurate, properly documented, and compliant with requirements.
• Review completed Responses for QA against firm standards and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to NOFC Responses.
• Serve as escalation point for complex NOFC issues with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Develop and maintain departmental procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze workflow trends and implement process improvements.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on bankruptcy servicing requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on procedural updates and new requirements.
