Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Remote Bankruptcy Supervisor to lead the Payment History Ledger Team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely ledgers for bankruptcy matters.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, mortgage servicing knowledge, and excellent communication. This remote position offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to drive process improvements across client, investor, and court requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, default servicing, or a law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Payment History Ledger Team; manage workload, productivity and QA.
• Oversee preparation and review of ledgers for bankruptcy matters with client/investor/court requirements.
• Coach and develop team members; provide performance feedback and training.
• Ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and meet service levels and deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, bankruptcy case managers and clients to resolve issues.
• Prepare operational reports and metrics for management review.
• Maintain understanding of bankruptcy procedures and applicable regulations.
