You’ll collaborate with attorneys, maintain meticulous schedules, financial forms, and amendments, and keep cases progressing at a steady pace in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy filings.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to stay accurate at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules, statements of financial affairs, means tests and amendments for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases
• Work through a steady flow of assigned consumer files, with a focus on accuracy and keeping cases moving
• Work directly with attorneys to resolve questions and get files filed correctly
