Werner, Hoffman, Greig & Garcia in Coral Gables, FL is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal for an in-office, full-time role. You will support Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate works independently with strong organizational and communication skills, assists attorneys with document gathering, drafts motions and notices, tracks deadlines, and maintains case files; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal (preferred).
• Proficiency in bankruptcy case preparation software.
• Strong understanding of federal bankruptcy rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions
• Assist attorneys with gathering and organizing documentation from clients
• Draft and file motions, notices, and other court documents
• Communicate with clients, trustees, and court staff
• Maintain client files and case tracking systems
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on case developments
