You will counsel clients under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, review filings, appear at 341 meetings and hearings, and work closely with paralegals to move cases to discharge.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Consumer bankruptcy experience, including Chapter 7 and 13.
• Experience appearing at 341 meetings and bankruptcy court hearings.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Counsel clients on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 options.
• Review petitions and filings and sign off on documents.
• Represent clients at 341 meetings and court hearings.
• Negotiate with trustees and creditors to resolve objections.
• Manage discharge processes, plan confirmations, and modifications for Chapter 13 clients.
• Coordinate with paralegals and staff to move cases efficiently.
