Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States with 3–10+ years of bankruptcy experience.
• Independent contributor with filings, court appearances, or advisory work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience teaching or creating legal instructional materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and annotate bankruptcy documents with expert commentary.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and court filings reflecting common and complex scenarios.
• Evaluate hypothetical cases and provide well-reasoned explanations and arguments.
• Contribute to educational content and model training datasets on bankruptcy practice.
• Assess model-generated legal answers for accuracy and alignment with U.S. bankruptcy law.
• Engage in clear written and verbal communications to support AI training inputs.
• Identify trends in bankruptcy law to broaden project scope.
